Burt Eisenberg has been providing excellent representation to his real estate and
estate planning clients for over 30 years. Mr. Eisenberg is now Of Counsel with
Weldon & Rothman, FL.
Mr. Eisenberg is an authorized agent for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund. As a result
of his years of experience, Mr. Eisenberg is able to provide quality legal services in all
types of real estate transactions. Remember, in additional to title services rendered
by title companies alone, our law office can advocate for you and review closing
documentation beyond the scope of which can be offered by title companies acting as
closing agents - generally for no additional charge. Should any problems arise in a
transaction, our office is available to represent you and protect your interests.
In addition to transactional work, Mr. Eisenberg all handles mortgage foreclosures, claim of liens, commercial and
residential evictions, review and preparation of real estate contracts and lease agreements, deposit disputes, and
